ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – Junior Brendan Surane of the No. 8 Ball State (20-6, 12-2 MIVA) men’s volleyball team was named Offensive Player of the Week by the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Tuesday afternoon.
Surane, a junior outside attacker, helped Ball State to a pair of 3-0 conference sweeps of Quincy and Lindenwood last week. He racked up 4.17 kills per set while hitting at a .435 clip.
