MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State soccer team's perfect start to the season came to an end as the Cardinals fell to the Hoosiers at home with a final score of 2-1.
The Ball State soccer team (1-1) met the Indiana Hoosiers (2-0) for the first time at Briner Sports Complex in an overall series that was tied 1-1-2 prior to Tuesday's matchup.
Indiana took little time early in the match to put the pressure on the Cardinals, scoring two goals in the first six minutes at the hands of Kennedy Neighbors and Haden Vlcek.
