MUNCIE, Ind. -- Six transfer student-athletes highlight 26 newcomers added to the Ball State football roster this summer, as the Cardinals continue workouts prior to the official beginning of training camp on July 30.
Ball State, which opens the 2024 season on Saturday, Sept. 7 against Missouri State, added the six transfers to a crop of 20 freshman -- 11 of whom signed with the program last December. Five additional freshman are expected to arrive for fall camp, bringing to 119 the total number of student-athletes anticipated to open training camp in two weeks.
