MUNCIE, Ind. – Senior guard scored a career high 26 points off of 83 percent shooting (5-of-6) from behind the arc in the Cardinals 81-64 loss Wednesday night in Worthen Arena to Mid-American West Division leader Central Michigan.
Although the Cardinals trailed 12-6 early, Ball State (7-20, 2-13 MAC) quickly fought its way back against the MAC West Division heavyweight, outscoring the Chippewas (21-6, 12-3 MAC) 15-7 the remainder of the first quarter. Senior guard capped the run with a 3-pointer to give Ball State a 21-19 advantage over CMU heading into second frame.
After that, the Chippewas' offense began to click.
