Scoring wasn't an issue for Wapahani baseball as it began its season last week.
The Raiders (2-0) have scored a combined 38 runs in their first two games, beating a pair of Class 4A schools in Pendleton Heights, 14-11, and Muncie Central, 24-1, to open up the season.
Friday against Pendleton Heights, Wapahani recorded 15 hits and scored three runs in the eighth inning to beat the Arabians in extra innings. Caleb Henderson (two hits, two RBIs), Luke Willmann (two hits, one HR, three RBIs) and Nolan Dudley (two hits, three RBIs) led the way at the plate in that contest.
