LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Ball State track and field's multi-event athletes competed in their first pentathlon of the indoor season in Louisville at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite. Jenelle Rogers and Sophie Daugard ended on top of the leaderboards, securing first and second place.
Rogers took first in all but one of the five events, starting with the 60-meter hurdles. She finished the event with a time of 8.63. Daugard finished third, crossing the line with a new best of 8.84. Finishing with ninth with a time of 9.34 was Kenli Nettles.
Next up was the high jump.
