MUNCIE, Ind. — When Riley Neal got the invite, he knew it was something he had to attend. The Ball State quarterback talked on the phone with Archie Manning, the father of Peyton Manning and Eli Manning, about serving as a counselor at the Manning Passing Academy, the four-day camp in Thibodaux, La. at Nicholls State University.
"Obviously that’s not something you turn down," Neal said.
So the redshirt junior spent this past weekend down in with some of the top college quarterbacks in the country. Oh, and Peyton and Eli, plus Archie and Cooper.
"They’re all super personable," Neal said.
