MUNCIE, Ind. – Ball State soccer coach Josh Rife has announced his first signing class as head coach of the program which features 10 players from seven different states and two countries.
The Cardinal coaches hit the recruiting trail hard to bring in players from Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Ohio and Canada. BSU's defense will get a boost with five new defenders and a goalkeeper while two midfielders and two forwards also join the team. Several of the recruits played multiple positions in high school.
"I'm really excited about this incoming class," said Rife.
