LOGANSPORT, Ind. — Heading into the hallway after dropping the first two sets to Fairfield in the Class 2A north semistate, Wapahani was confident.
The Raiders were confident knowing that, despite falling 25-23 and 26-24 in sets one and two, respectively, they weren't playing their best volleyball. But in order to have a chance to return to the Class 2A state championship game, they knew they were going to have to turn that around. And quick.
"The conversation in the locker room was (to) forget the last two sets and come out differently," Wapahani coach Kati Weir said.
