MUNCIE, Ind. - Joey Ranieri had a phenomenal start to the 2021-22 season for Ball State after the senior tied for a 5th place finish at the Hoosier Collegiate Invite last weekend at the Pfau Course at Indiana University.
Ranieri carded a 54-hole score of 212 among 84 golfers at the Hoosier Collegiate Invite. After shooting 68 to tie for the lowest opening-round score Sunday at the Pfau Course at Indiana University. On Monday, Ranieri followed with back-to-back rounds of 72 to conclude the two-day event at -1, four strokes behind event winner Drew Salyers from Indiana.
