MUNCIE, Ind. – Pat Quinn is retiring from Ball State University at the end of June after a multi-faceted, 37-year career featuring more than 300 wins as the Cardinals' head baseball coach and nearly a quarter century of dedicated service as an administrator.
Quinn, 73, who hung up his cleats as the winningest baseball coach in school history in 1995, has since provided an experienced, conscientious voice to six athletic directors. He has served as deputy AD since 2014.
In his 24 years as an administrator, Quinn supervised virtually every Ball State sport at one time or another.
