PARKER CITY, Ind. — For three years, there has been one team that's hung over Monroe Central's heads.
Since 2018, Monroe Central's football team has only lost nine games, five came against South Adams. Last year, the Golden Bears lost twice, both to the Starfires. All-time, Monroe Central entered Friday night with a 0-6 record against South Adams.
Friday night in Parker City was, once again, a battle between two of Indiana's best Class A football teams. South Adams came in ranked No. 1 in the Associated Press Poll and No. 3 in the coaches poll while Monroe Central was ranked No.
