After earning all-conference honors for the second straight year, Ishmael El-Amin continues to earn recognition for a strong senior year at Ball State. He was recently voted second team All-District 14 by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
El-Amin, who scored 1,083 career points in four seasons at Ball State, was also selected second team All-MAC just before last week's conference tournament. He was a third-team honoree last season as a junior.
The Minneapolis native averaged a career-best 16.2 points per game to go along with averages of 3.
