QUINCY, Ill. - The Cardinals continue to power through on their five-game road swing after beating Quincy 3-1 Friday night at Pepsi Arena.
Ball State (9-4, 6-3 MIVA) opened tonight's match in dominating fashion over Quincy (4-8, 1-8 MIVA) taking sets one and two fairly quickly, allowing the Cardinals to take an early 2-0 advantage over the Hawks early on in the match.
Veteran's Kaleb Jenness and Blake Reardon combined for 8 of the Cardinals 12 kills in the first frame to help BSU take the first set over the Hawks, 25-18.
