NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Ball State men's tennis team played its first match of spring break at Lipscomb Saturday. The Cardinals previous match against Tennessee Tech on Friday was cancelled due to inclement weather.
Ball State suffered a 7-0 loss against the Bisons Saturday and fell to 5-6 on the season. With the win, Lipscomb improved their spring record to 5-6.
Lipscomb earned wins on the top two courts to claim the doubles point. In No. 1 doubles, the Bisons Rob Mitchell and Alejandro Manzanares defeated Ball State's Lucas Andersen and Andrew Stutz by a score of 6-4.
