Men's Tennis Suffers 5-2 Loss To Binghamton

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State men's tennis team suffered a 5-2 loss to Binghamton in Mid-American Confernece action Friday evening at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center.

With the loss, the Cardinals drop to 6-9 overall and 1-2 in league action while the Bearcats improve to 8-7 on the year and 1-2 in MAC play.

Binghamton started up 1-0 after winning the doubles point. The Cardinals fell 6-2 on court three as Sid Hazarika and Valentin Bouchet defeated Tom Carney and Matt Helm. Ball State evened doubles competition 1-1 after the No. 1 doubles tandem of Lucas Andersen and Andrew Stutz defeated Ludovico Cestarollo and Eliott Hureau, 6-4.
