NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Ball State men's tennis team split its road doubleheader Friday, earning a 6-1 win over Belmont and a 4-2 loss to Lipscomb.
Against Belmont, the Cardinals took the doubles point by winning at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions. At No. 1 Lucas Andersen alongside partner Andrew Stutz defeated Cedric Dujacquier and Hendrick Inno 7-6 (6). Tom Carney And Conner Andersen were also victorious on the day with their 6-4 take down on court two over Stephen Goldman and Zak Khan.
Ball State nearly swept singles action when it took five of the six matches from Belmont.
