MUNCIE, Ind. -- Meghan McDougall, who recently graduated as a member of the Ball State women’s golf team, has earned All-America Scholar recognition from the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) for the second year in a row.
McDougall graduated magna cum laude in May with a 3.842 GPA and a bachelor’s degree in history. On the course, she competed in eight events during her senior year and managed a pair of top-20 finishes.
To be nominated for All-America Scholar recognition, golfers must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s competitive rounds during the year.
