MUNCIE, Ind. – The Mid-American Conference has announced football opponents for the upcoming 2017 season.
Ball State will host Buffalo, Central Michigan, Miami and Toledo, while taking to the road for contests at Akron, Eastern Michigan, Northern Illinois and Western Michigan. These are the same eight league opponents the Cardinals faced in 2016.
This will be Buffalo's first visit to Scheumann Stadium since 2011. The Cardinals have won three straight meetings over Buffalo, including a 31-21 triumph at Buffalo in October. Ball State and Miami will be playing for the inaugural 'Red Bird Rivalry' trophy.
