MUNCIE — The decision is made. Jeremiah Davis is done at Ball State.
Paperwork is filed and compliance requirements met, so his basketball future will unfold elsewhere. The Central star who led the Bearcats to a 2010 sectional title was granted a sixth year of college eligibility before deciding to transfer. He doesn't know where he'll end up.
What he does know? His time as a Cardinal has come and gone.
“Everything was great here,” Davis said. “I just worked hard, kept a positive attitude, and it worked itself out.
“Everything works itself out.”
From the outside looking in, it seemed at times like this all worked itself out a long time ago.
