RICHMOND, Ind. — Dustin Reynolds is not your typical college student-athlete.
The Delta High School graduate is not only a two-year captain on Indiana University East's track and field team, but the president of the school's Student-Athlete Advisory Council and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
In the classroom, Reynolds boasts a 3.30 grade-point average. On the track, he is a four-time all-conference winner and anchored the Red Wolves' 4x400 relay to a conference title, shattering the school record.
Reynolds' unique blend of academic, athletic and leadership success led him to be named the 2018-19 male recipient of the River States Conference Bill Melton Champion of Character Award.
