MUNCIE, Ind. – Visiting Indiana State scored five runs in the first inning and did not let up on the way to a 16-8 win over the Ball State baseball team Wednesday afternoon at Ball Diamond. The Sycamores have now won six straight meetings against the Cardinals.
Kaden Moore finished with seven RBIs for Indiana State (30-17), which included a first inning grand slam. Meanwhile, Tony Rosselli added to his team-leading home run total with two long balls. Hunter Owen was a perfect 6-for-6 at the plate, scored three times and chipped in with two RBIs.
