DALEVILLE, Ind. — For a program with just one winning season since 2008-09, Daleville boys basketball enters this year extremely confident.
New head coach Ashley Fouch and a matured roster are reasons why. The Broncos graduated just one player, Cayden Gothrup (11.6 ppg), from last year's 8-12 team, and senior forward Trevion Johnson headlines a core four of players Fouch believes will carry the team.
Fouch led Daleville's girls basketball to a 31-39 record in three seasons, and in 2020 helped the program win its first ever sectional title before coaching at Whiteland last year.
