Muncie, Ind. — Blackford baseball and Burris girls tennis logged two of the more impressive performances from Wednesday’s slate of action.
Blackford won its 14th game of the season with a 14-2 drubbing of Madison-Grant. The Bruins’ Caleb Mealy and Drew Caldwell both had great days at the plate as Mealy went 3-for-3 with a triple, home run and five RBIs and Caldwell went 4-for-4 with four singles. Mealy also got the win on the mound for Blackford.

Burris won all five of its matches against Anderson for a 5-0 victory.
