MUNCIE, Ind. — Willie Snead has cemented his spot in the New Orleans Saints receiving corps. He's proven consistent in his first two years with 69 catches for 984 yards in 2015 and 72 catches for 895 yards this season.
It's still early in Snead's career, sure, but he's already climbing the list of the most productive NFL players out of Ball State. Though guys he played with — Keith Wenning, Jahwan Edwards and Jonathan Newsome to name a few — made it to the league, they've not seen this amount of success.
