How Wapahani's baseball field went from snow covered to game ready in a matter of hours

MUNCIE, Ind. — Residents of Indiana know by now that it's common to see weather from two different seasons in one day. There was a perfect example of that on Monday at Wapahani baseball's Raider Field.

The two photos below were taken just hours apart.

Crazy, right? Wapahani coach Brian Dudley spent the day clearing off the snow, and the Class 2A No. 1 Raiders rewarded his efforts with an 11-1 MEC victory over Randolph Southern to improve to 2-0.

Just another Spring day in East Central Indiana.

"It happens every year pretty much," Dudley said.
