Hot Shooting Guides Ball State to 98-71 Victory over Howard

MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Ball State men's basketball team shot an impressive 58.6 percent from the field and made a season-high 14 3-pointers Thursday, running away from Howard to secure a 98-71 victory at Worthen Arena.

The Cardinals improved to 8-4 on the year and upped their perfect home record to 4-0. The Bison, which lead the MEAC in scoring, were held 12 points below their average while falling to 6-6 for the season.
