After more than a decade after his last professional pitch, former Ball State first round draft pick Luke Hagerty is on the comeback trail. The 32nd overall pick of the 2002, Hagerty made a splash in the baseball world after a recent tryout in front of scouts from multiple countries and many MLB organizations.
Hagerty, a lefty who pitched at Ball State from 2000-02, topped out at 98 during the workout at Driveline Baseball in Washington.
