MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State football team will hold its first of 15 scheduled spring practices this coming Tuesday, March 14. The spring season wraps up with the annual Spring Game scheduled for Saturday, April 15 at noon.
Ball State will hold practices on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings for five consecutive weeks. Weekday practices will run from 8:30 to approximately 10:45 a.m., while Saturday practices are set for 10 a.m. to approximately 12:15 p.m.
The Cardinals are in their second season under the direction of head coach Mike Neu. Ball State has six offensive starters and four defensive starters returning from the 2016 roster including All-MAC performers James Gilbert at running back and Anthony Winbush at defensive end.
