MUNCIE, Ind. -- Celebrating the 100th season of football on the Ball State University campus, voting for the Ball State Football All-Century Team sponsored by Gainbridge enters its final weekend, with balloting scheduled to close at 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 19.
Voting opened before the Cardinals' 2024 season opener against Missouri State, and honors 110 former stars who have represented Ball State at the all-conference, All-America or NFL levels. Through nearly three months of tabulation, leading vote-getters are quarterback Nate Davis, running back Corey Croom and defensive back Shafer Suggs. Davis was a fifth-round NFL draft pick in 2009 and Croom starred with the New England Patriots for three seasons after finishing his Ball State career in 1992.
