MUNCIE, Ind. — Yorktown won its fourth-straight game, while both Delta and Monroe Central bounced back with victories in Week 8.
A cold and rainy Friday night resulted in quite a few high-scoring games as four area schools — Delta, Monroe Central, Winchester and Yorktown — emerged victorious. Other East Central Indiana teams will look to gain some momentum as there's now just one regular season game separating Indiana high school football teams from postseason play.

Yorktown 15, Pendleton Heights 6
After dropping its first two conference games against New Palestine and Delta, Yorktown has been hot, beating Pendleton Heights 15-6 for its fourth-straight victory.
