MUNCIE, Ind. — After an undefeated season with what he called a perfect team, Don Shondell has decided that will be his last.
The Muncie volleyball legend is retiring from his current position as Burris 8th grade volleyball coach after 12 seasons. Burris dominated its schedule and won the city championship this fall.
Shondell, 87, told the athletic director after the season he was stepping down.
