Cardinals Well Represented on MAC Academic Award Lists

MUNCIE, Ind. -- Ball State student-athletes were well represented on this year's Mid-American Conference academic awards lists.

Thirty-one Cardinals earned the MAC President's Award, designated for graduating student-athletes who have achieved a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA.

Fifty-nine Cardinals received the MAC Commissioner's Award, recognizing non-graduating student-athletes with cumulative GPAs of at least 3.5 (first-year students and first-year transfers not eligible).

Additionally, Ball State had 183 representatives on the MAC Honor Roll, which recognizes student-athletes with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better (freshmen and first-year transfers not eligible).
