MUNCIE — It was a long meeting for Ball State.
On Dec. 26, the Cardinals spent about an hour and a half watching film from its most recent game, a 73-61 loss to Indiana State. They watched the basketball — but they kept a close eye, also, on their body language.
“When normally as a team we would huddle, and exhibit that stick-to-itiveness to play through adversity … it was a lot of times missing,” head coach James Whitford said. “We want guys to understand that every game is hard.”
Ball State (7-4) is coming off a pair of losses, the first time this season it has lost two straight games.
