MT. PLEASANT, Michigan - In a season filled with literal and figurative finish lines, the Ball State track & field team showed its true resilience on the indoor season's biggest stage.
Consider Kennedy Batts, who turned in a "star" effort according to head coach Brian Etelman. Batts missed her freshman year after having foot surgery and was injured during the indoor season last year. It's her third year in school but really a first year going all out and she turned in some great performances in the championship setting.
