MUNCIE, Ind. – Peighton Cook and Amanda Shaw scored early goals in the first half before Jenna Dombrowski buried a penalty kick in the second, and the Ball State University soccer team shut out Western Michigan, 3-0, on Sunday afternoon at the Briner Sports Complex.
The Cardinals improved to 7-3-2 overall and 3-2-1 in MAC play while Western Michigan fell to 10-4-0 and 4-2-0 in conference.
