CARBONDALE, Ill. – Some might refer to day one of the Mid-American Conference Swimming and diving championships as the least eventful considering there were only two events. The Ball State men's swimming and diving team would beg to differ as the Cardinals broke school records in both of those two events Wednesday night.
The evening began with the 200 Medley Relay when Jared Holder, Jacob Powell, Ben Andrew and Owen Chaye teamed up to clock in at 1:29.91 and top the Ball State record book in the event.
