The Ball State men's basketball program has added another impact player in Demarius Jacobs. The 6-2 combo guard played three seasons at Saint Louis University and is immediately eligible to play for BSU in 2021-22.
A Chicago native, Jacobs played in 68 games and started 29 for SLU, which played in the 2019 NCAA Tournament and 2021 NIT. Described as an athletic and versatile playmaker, Jacobs has averages of 5.9 points and 2.1 rebounds with .442 shooting over the past two seasons. He shot .690 on 2-point attempts last season and and is a .367 shooting from 3-point range over the past two seasons.
