MUNCIE, Ind. — On Thursday, Ball State director of athletics Beth Goetz named Caitlin Walsh as the Cardinals' field hockey coach.
"After conducting a thorough search, Caitlin separated herself as a competitive and passionate leader who is well respected in this industry," Goetz said in a release. "She is a relentless recruiter and is excited to develop our young women on the field and in the classroom. We're excited to welcome her to the Ball State family."
Walsh spent the last three seasons at Kent State, where she helped lead the Golden Flashes to two regular season Mid-American Conference titles (2019, 2021) and a 34-18 record (20-5 MAC).
