BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Ball State and Bowling Green both came into Saturday riding three-game losing streaks. The Cardinals were looking to stay in the Mid-American Tournament conversation while the Falcons were looking to make some headway to crack into the league's top-eight.
After one of its worst scoring games of the season, Ball State (12-14, 7-8 MAC) had a resurgence offensively in a 91-82 victory over Bowling Green (12-15, 5-11 MAC), closing the game out late and hitting its free throws when it mattered most.
