Ball State took on another road challenge Tuesday in the Mid-American Conference, as it traveled to face Western Michigan.
The Cardinals made the trip with an opportunity to reach a 2-0 mark in MAC play. They came into the matchup with a shot at beating a team that had topped them in Kalamazoo just a season ago. And while BSU trailed again at halftime, WMU (2-5, 1-1 in MAC) leading as Northern Illinois had earlier this month, Ball State recovered to win 76-68.
