Ball State found itself on the road in Mid-American Conference play again Tuesday with a matchup at Bowling Green and came away with a 67-61 loss.
The Cardinals (11-9, 4-3 in MAC) were unable to rebound from a conference defeat Saturday and upset the preseason MAC favorite. They’ve now lost back-to-back games for the first time since the conference slate began and for the first time since the December 2019 trip to Hawaii. And in the process of the defeat, they squandered an opportunity for another MAC win.
