MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State protected its home floor Saturday in Mid-American Conference play with a 64-55 win against Eastern Michigan.
The Cardinals (15-12, 8-6 in MAC) remain in prime contention for a MAC West Division title and bye in the conference tournament with the victory. BSU coach James Whitford’s squad is now 4-2 against divisional opponents this season, too. And in the process of defeating EMU (15-12, 5-9) at Worthen Arena, BSU has completed as regular season sweep of the Eagles.
