MUNCIE, Ind. — Another day, another sweep for Ball State men's volleyball.
The No. 1-seeded Cardinals (20-8) at home on Wednesday topped No. 4 Lewis 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-18) in the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) tournament semifinals. The victory marked the team's second straight 20-win season, which last occurred in 2014 and 2015, and back-to-back trips to the conference championship.

The teams are ranked No. 10 and No. 11 in the country, respectively, by the AVCA and split the regular-season series, with Ball State winning 3-0 at Worthen Arena on March 15 and the Buckeyes earning a 3-2 home win on March 18.
