MUNCIE, Ind. — Bonzi Wells suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized at St. Vincent, the former Muncie Central and Ball State star announced.
Wells, who played in 10 NBA seasons, made the announcement on Instagram on Wednesday night. He said that he is "home and feeling good."
After finishing his NBA career in 2008, Wells was back in the limelight this past summer as he played in Ice Cube's Big 3 league, which was a 3-on-3 circuit that played across the country and was aired on FS1 each week.
