MUNCIE, Ind. - - Becca Mueller, who helped guide Georgia to the championship game of last season's NCAA Minneapolis Regional, will join the Ball State softball program as an assistant coach according to head coach Megan Ciolli Bartlett.
"I am thrilled to welcome Becca to the Cardinal softball family," Ciolli Bartlett said. "She has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge regarding all things offense in her short coaching career. Becca is intelligent, resourceful and has an excellent work ethic. She'll be an asset to the program."
As a volunteer coach for the Bulldogs last season, Mueller helped the program produce a 42-19 overall record and finish the year ranked 17th in the USA Today / NFCA Division I Top 25 Coaches Poll.
