MUNCIE, Ind. – Ball State baseball head coach Rich Maloney announced today that Luke Jaksich will join the squad for the upcoming 2017-18 academic year. Jaksich is the seventh student-athlete to commit to the Cardinals for next season.
"We're excited to have Luke join us next year," Maloney said. "He's gaining valuable experience at Saint Joe's. Rick O'Dette is an outstanding coach and has a great reputation for developing pitchers. He's really high on Luke. Luke is very competitive and has the makings of a really good breaking ball. We think he will be a great addition to our staff.
