With three letters — three years of playing experience — Bo Calhoun has been a Cardinal longer than anyone else on Ball State’s roster.
After notching his sixth double-double of the year with 22 points and 15 rebounds against Central Michigan, his career point total is 681. He’s played 1,952 career minutes, but he’s never played a game so late in the season with this much meaning.
With first place in the Mid-American Conference West Division on the line, Ball State knocked off Central Michigan 75-63 on Saturday. Now, just six league games remain on the schedule and the Cardinals (16-9, 7-5 MAC) have a chance to win the West.
