Ball State men’s basketball will add graduate transfer Doudou Gueye to its roster, The Star Press has learned.
A Ball State source said the South Carolina State graduate signed his letter of intent and will join the team as early as this Sunday. The 6-foot-10 center played in 33 games for the Bulldogs last season as a redshirt junior with 17 starts. He played two seasons at a community college before transferring and redshirting his first season at South Carolina State.
Gueye has one year of eligibility and hopes to play professionally after that.
"I'm going to put everything on this year," the Dakar, Senagal native said by phone Wednesday.
