MUNCIE, Ind. — After Ball State men's volleyball beat Ohio State 3-1 (26-24, 25-16, 23-25, 25-22), senior outside attacker Kaleb Jenness is talking about how this is the best start the team has had since he's been here.
He's right, but Ball State is having a better season than perhaps he, his teammates or coaches realize. With the win, Ball State completed its first season sweep of Ohio State since 2014 (Ball State went 1-0 against Ohio State in the canceled 2020 season).
The Cardinals currently are ranked No. 8 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division I-II rankings.
